4. The Neurosign 400/800 is beeping constantly after we turn ON and the screen is blank, what is wrong, what does this mean?

If the monitor is not used for a long time the internal battery may become discharged. All you need to do is switch on the machine, leave plugged into the mains supply for five minutes to give the battery time to charge, switch off, then switch on again and the machine will spring into life!
