Celebratory Dinner

As part of this year’s Conference, there will be a candlelit dinner (with wine, plus coffee and mints) held in Wadham College Dining Hall on Saturday 4th May.

The cost to attend is £30 per place, and places are only available to those who are attending the conference.

Posters

In addition to these invited talks, we strongly encourage poster submissions from students, post-doctoral and established researchers working on any aspect of human brain stimulation. Based on attendee feedback from last year, this year's event will have longer poster sessions in a larger physical space to encourage quality scientific interaction. An abstract review committee will grade submissions and assess the poster sessions. A small number of the highest rated abstracts/poster presentations will be awarded prizes.

Abstract Guidelines

Poster abstract submissions should include Title, Authors and Affiliations, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions and References (if required). Figures and tables may be included, but their size should be compressed sufficiently to ensure that they are deliverable by email. The word limit is a maximum of 500 words (excluding authors, affiliations, figure legends and references).

Please send your abstracts by the strict deadline of Monday 15th April 2013 and indicate whether you would like to be considered for a prize oral platform presentation to: tmsschool@fmrib.ox.ac.uk

Poster Information: Please set up your poster from 8-9am on the day of your poster presentation. Maximum size is A0 in portrait orientation only.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the registration price, but a wide variety of options can be found on either of the following two links:

Although accommodation is plentiful in Oxford, we strongly advise that you book early, as the city is a popular destination with tourists during May. We suggest that you also book early for the Magstim Neuroenhancement Conference & Workshop 2013 itself, as last year's event was oversubscribed and late applicants were turned away due to capacity restrictions.

Travel

Oxford is conveniently linked to London airports by regular bus services. London Heathrow is the closest airport (1 hour), followed by Gatwick (2 hours), Luton (3 hours) and Stansted (3.5 plus hours). Birmingham International airport is one hour away by train.
