The quality of the incoming signal to the Neurosign control units ultimately impacts upon the quality of the Intra-Operative monitoring. The Pre-Amplifier is the vital component in enhancing accurate and reliable signal acquisition.
All the Pre-Amplifiers have excellent common mode rejection to minimise artefacts and their design ensures excellent, safe and reliable operation. With the Pre-Amplifier, it is not necessary to test electrode impedance if needle electrodes are used, unless the patient is obese.
