Welcony Inc, a global neurotechnology leader, announces that Ronnie Stolec-Campo will now lead the business. As CEO, she succeeds Lothar Krinke, PhD, who announced his departure from the organization. Stolec-Campo will not continue her role as Chief Financial Officer for the organization.
“We are experiencing tremendous growth and will continue our trajectory of innovation and support for thousands of research labs, clinics, hospitals and universities that focus on mental health, brain disorders, cognitive neuroscience and neuromonitoring,” said Stolec-Campo.
“Our products are used by neuroscience researchers and clinicians worldwide.” Stolec-Campo added, “We thank Dr. Krinke for his passion and leadership that has driven our success and positively changed lives for patients worldwide.”
This comes at a pivotal time for Welcony, driven by continued innovation efforts that further the reach of the four individual brands. Stolec-Campo’s appointment fulfills the organization’s intentions of developing one world-class neurotechnology brand with strong focus on the research-to-clinical continuum.
Appointed Welcony CFO in 2021, Stolec-Campo is a global healthcare executive who has held leadership roles at GE Capital Corporate Finance Group, AMSCO International, and The Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. Additionally, she was the founder of Scoliosis Rehab, Inc. Ronnie has a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School. She has been personally and professionally involved in mental health research and philanthropy which complements her role within this space.
