Introducing the Geodesic EEG System 500 – GES 500
EGI is proud to unveil the GES 500 HD-EEG system—a transformative new platform designed to advance brain research, precision stimulation, and advanced clinical research by improving ease of use and EEG signal quality.
The launch of the GES 500 marks more than a product release—it’s a step into the future of neuroscience. With clearer signals, seamless integrations, and a forward-looking architecture, researchers now have the power to explore the brain in ways that were once unimaginable.
The GES 500 is a platform that integrates with more commercial and open-source tools than ever before. Its future-ready architecture supports artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) integrations for minimal latency closed loop applications, creating new opportunities for breakthroughs in neuroscience and non-invasive brain stimulation.

At EGI, we offer a comprehensive range of HD-EEG solutions designed to meet the diverse needs of researchers and clinicians. From high-density EEG systems with up to 256 channels to flexible sensor nets that cater to a wide range of subjects and patients, our products are engineered to deliver precise and reliable EEG measurements.

EEG Systems
Advance your neuroscience research or clinical applications with EGI HD-EEG systems. Comparable to the most advanced neuroimaging technology in the world, HD-EEG is more accessible, easier-to-use and cost effective.
Leverage extensive options for presenting stimuli, co-registration, and synchronous recordings, including brain-to-brain interaction and neuromodulation.
Easily increase your scope of incorporating additional functionalities such as eye-trackers with network timing and protocols and robust third-party software.

EEG Sensor Nets
The reliable EGI sensor nets provide whole head and evenly distributed coverage allowing users to:
• Capture activity from the entire brain, including the anterior, basal, and medial regions
• Fast and easy application, ideal even with challenging populations
• Sizes for infants, pediatrics, and adults available
• Nets compatible for fMRI, TMS, MEG, TES, and extended recordings available
• Options for saline and gel-applied electrodes available

EEG Software
• Visualizes HD EEG data intuitively
• Builds on the 10-20 logic and furthers the experience to the full sensor array
• Calculates cortical source estimations with the GeoSource upgrade
EGI’s Net Station software provides full acquisition, review, and analysis functions in a complete package. Software includes a full MR artifact reduction tool package, including gradient artifact removal and ballistocardiogram (BCG) artifact removal. Net Station software saves data files in Metafile Format (MFF), which can be exported to MATLAB, EEGLAB, FieldTrip, or your own custom software.
