Low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) over the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

This randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled study investigated whether low frequency (1Hz) rTMS over the right DLPFC in combination with Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is more effective in reducing PTSD symptoms than sham stimulation plus CPT.

Meta-analysis of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) protocols in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

This meta-analysis reviewed the data from 11 studies investigating rTMS treatment in PTSD, covering 217 patients in active rTMS and 160 sham-controls.
